Our typical process for working with a new customer is started with an initial consultation and project evaluation. The next step would be to enter into a preliminary construction agreement where we do an economic study of the project, draft construction plans, survey the land and provide the client with a construction estimate. Upon approval of the estimate we would enter into a construction contract and commence the building process.
